Where a person discloses to any other person any information obtained by him in pursuance of this Act, he shall be guilty of an offence, unless the disclosure was made in or for the purposes of the performance of the functions and duties under this Act.
Pendedahan maklumat
Jika seseorang mendedahkan kepada mana-mana orang lain apa-apa maklumat yang telah didapati olehnya menurut Akta ini, dia melakukan suatu kesalahan, melainkan pendedahan itu dibuat dalam atau bagi maksud melaksanakan fungsi dan tugasnya di bawah Akta ini.
