s 21 Drunkenness and disorderly behaviour in public places
Any person who is found drunk and incapable of taking care of himself, or is guilty of any riotous, disorderly or indecent behaviour, or of persistently soliciting or importuning for immoral purposes in any public road or in any public place or place of public amusement or resort, or in the immediate vicinity of any Court or of any public office or police station or place of worship, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen days, and on a second or subsequent conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Mana-mana orang yang dijumpai mabuk dan tak Kemabukan upaya menjaga dirinya sendiri, atau bersalah me- dan berkelakuan lakukan apa-apa rusuhan, berkelakuan tak senonoh tak senonoh atau lucah, atau berterusan memujuk atau merayu bagi di tempat maksud-maksud tak bermoral di mana-mana jalan awam. awam atau di mana-mana tempat awam atau tempat hiburan atau peranginan awam, atau berhampiran dengan mana-mana Mahkamah atau mana-mana pejabat awam atau balai polis atau tempat ibadat, boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi dua puluh lima ringgit atau penjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi empat belas hari, dan bagi sabitan kedua atau seterusnya denda tidak melebihi satu ratus ringgit atau penjara selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan atau kedua-duanya.
