Fire Services Act 1988 s 16

s 16 Recovery of expenses incurred in carrying out work under section 11

The expenses incurred by the Director General in carrying out any work under section 11 shall be a debt due to the Government and shall be recoverable in court from the person on whom the fire-hazard abatement notice was served.

Mendapatkan kembali perbelanjaan yang dilakukan dalam menjalankan kerja di bawah seksyen 11

Perbelanjaan yang dilakukan oleh Ketua Pengarah dalam menjalankan apa-apa kerja di bawah seksyen 11 hendaklah menjadi hutang yang kena dibayar kepada Kerajaan dan boleh didapatkan kembali di mahkamah daripada orang yang kepadanya notis menghapuskan bahaya kebakaran itu telah disampaikan.
