Fire Services Act 1988 s 19
On the occasion of an emergency not involving fire or the risk of fire, the powers referred to in section 18 shall be exercised by any Fire Officer if he is of the opinion that lives or property are in imminent danger.
Kuasa Pegawai Bomba semasa kecemasan yang tidak melibatkan kebakaran
Semasa suatu kecemasan yang tidak melibatkan kebakaran atau risiko kebakaran, kuasa yang disebut dalam seksyen 18 hendaklah dijalankan oleh mana-mana Pegawai Bomba jika dia berpendapat bahawa nyawa atau harta berada dalam keadaan bahaya hampir.
