Fire Services Act 1988 s 27
(1) The Director General may by order published in the Gazette determine and designate particular uses, size or location of premises for the purpose of issuance of a fire certificate under this Act. (2) Where a part of any premises constitutes designated premises, any other part of the said premises shall be treated as forming part of the designated premises.
Kuasa Ketua Pengarah untuk menentukan dan menetapkan penggunaan, saiz atau tempat tertentu premis
(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta menentukan dan menetapkan penggunaan, saiz atau tempat tertentu premis bagi maksud pengeluaran perakuan bomba di bawah Akta ini. (2) Jika suatu bahagian mana-mana premis menjadi premis ditetapkan, mana-mana bahagian lain premis itu hendaklah dikira sebagai menjadi sebahagian premis ditetapkan itu.
