s 31 Prescribing of fees for the issue of fire certificate
The Director General may prescribe the fees payable for the issue of a fire certificate and the charges for the inspection of any designated premises for which the certificate is issued.

Ketua Pengarah boleh menetapkan fi yang kena dibayar bagi pengeluaran perakuan bomba dan caj bagi pemeriksaan mana-mana premis ditetapkan yang baginya perakuan itu dikeluarkan.
