s 35B Appeal against order of Director General to cease activity
(1) An owner or occupier who is dissatisfied with an order to cease activity made by the Director General under subsection 35a(1) may, within ten days of the making of the order, appeal to the High Court.
(2) An appeal against an order to cease activity shall not operate as a stay of execution, but the court may, on application and on sufficient cause being shown, grant a stay of execution on such terms as it may think fit.

Rayuan terhadap perintah Ketua Pengarah untuk menghentikan kegiatan
(1) Seseorang pemunya atau penghuni yang tidak berpuas hati dengan sesuatu perintah supaya menghentikan kegiatan yang dibuat oleh Ketua Pengarah di bawah subseksyen 35a(1) boleh, dalam masa sepuluh hari dari pembuatan perintah itu, merayu kepada Mahkamah Tinggi.
(2) Sesuatu rayuan terhadap perintah supaya menghentikan kegiatan tidak boleh berkuat kuasa sebagai suatu penggantungan pelaksanaan, tetapi mahkamah boleh, atas permohonan dan apabila ditunjukkan sebab yang mencukupi, membenarkan penggantungan pelaksanaan atas apa-apa terma yang difikirkannya patut.
