Fire Services Act 1988 s 48B

s 48B Moneys for Fund to be raised only with consent

(1) No person shall carry on any activity to raise moneys for the Fund without the prior written consent of the Committee. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.

Wang bagi Kumpulan Wang hendaklah diperdapat hanya dengan kebenaran

(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh menjalankan apa-apa kegiatan untuk memperdapat wang bagi Kumpulan Wang tanpa terlebih dahulu mendapat kebenaran bertulis daripada Jawatankuasa. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
