(1) A Voluntary Fire Brigade consisting of at least two Voluntary Fire Officers may apply to be registered with the Registrar.
(2) The Registrar may, after considering the application under subsection (1), approve or reject the application.
(3) The Registrar shall, when approving the registration of the Voluntary Fire Brigade, assign a fire cover to the Voluntary Fire Brigade.
(4) For the purpose of this section, “fire cover” means an area where rescue and support is made available in the event of a fire.

Penubuhan Pasukan Bomba Sukarela
(1) Suatu Pasukan Bomba Sukarela yang terdiri daripada sekurang-kurangnya dua orang Pegawai Bomba Sukarela boleh memohon untuk didaftarkan dengan Pendaftar.
(2) Pendaftar boleh, selepas menimbangkan permohonan di bawah subseksyen (1), meluluskan atau menolak permohonan itu.
(3) Pendaftar hendaklah, apabila meluluskan pendaftaran Pasukan Bomba Sukarela, menetapkan suatu kawasan jagaan kepada Pasukan Bomba Sukarela itu.
(4) Bagi maksud seksyen ini, “kawasan jagaan” ertinya suatu kawasan yang penyelamatan dan bantuan disediakan sekiranya berlaku kebakaran.
