Fire Services Act 1988 s 51

s 51 Interfering with Fire Officers, Auxiliary Fire Officer or Voluntary Fire Officer in execution of his duty

Any person who wilfully abuses, assaults, disturbs, hinders, obstructs or interferes with any Fire Officer, Auxiliary Fire Officer or Voluntary Fire Officer acting in the execution of his duty or any other person assisting the Fire and Rescue Department under specific directions of a Fire Officer shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.

Mengganggu Pegawai Bomba, Pegawai Bomba Bantuan atau Pegawai Bomba Sukarela dalam melaksanakan tugasnya

Mana-mana orang yang dengan sengaja mencaci, mengamang, mengacau, menggalang, menghalang atau mengganggu mana-mana Pegawai Bomba, Pegawai Bomba Bantuan atau Pegawai Bomba Sukarela yang bertindak dalam melaksanakan tugasnya atau mana-mana orang lain yang membantu Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat di bawah arahan tertentu seorang Pegawai Bomba melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya.
