s 57 Offences by body corporate
(1) Where an offence under this Act committed by a body corporate is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of, any director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the body corporate, or any person purporting to act in any such capacity, he as well as the body corporate shall be guilty of that offence.
(2) Where the affairs of a body corporate are managed by its members, subsection (1) shall apply in relation to the acts and defaults of a member in connection with his functions of management as if he were a director of the body corporate.

Kesalahan oleh pertubuhan perbadanan
(1) Jika kesalahan di bawah Akta ini yang dilakukan oleh suatu pertubuhan perbadanan dibuktikan telah dilakukan dengan persetujuan atau pembiaran, atau disebabkan oleh apa-apa keabaian pada pihak, mana-mana pengarah, pengurus, setiausaha atau pegawai lain yang seumpamanya bagi pertubuhan perbadanan itu, atau mana-mana orang yang berupa sebagai bertindak atas apa-apa sifat sedemikian, dia serta pertubuhan perbadanan itu melakukan suatu kesalahan.
(2) Jika hal ehwal sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan diuruskan oleh anggotanya, subseksyen (1) hendaklah terpakai berhubung dengan perbuatan dan keingkaran seseorang anggota berkaitan dengan fungsi pengurusan seolah-olah dia ialah seorang pengarah pertubuhan perbadanan itu.
