s 22 Offences generally
Any person who—
(a) obstructs or impedes, or assists in obstructing or impeding, any authorized officer in the execution of his duty;
(b) disobeys any lawful order issued by any authorized officer;
(c) refuses to furnish any information required for the purposes of this Act or any regulations made under this Act; or
(d) upon being required to furnish any information under this Act or any regulations made under this Act, gives false information, commits an offence. Prosecution

Mana-mana orang yang- Kesalahankesalahan
(a) menghalang atau menggendalakan, atau secara amnya. membantu menghalang atau menggendalakan, dalam melaksanakan kewajipannya;
(b) tidak mematuhi apa-apa perintah yang sah yang dikeluarkan oleh mana-mana pegawai diberikuasa;
(c) enggan memberikan apa-apa maklumat yang dikehendakı bagi maksud Akta ini atau manamana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini; atau

(d) apabila dikehendaki memberikan maklumat di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, memberikan maklumat palsu, adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan. Pendakwaan.
