Any authorized officer may appear in court and conduct any prosecution with respect to any offence against this Act or any regulations made under this Act. General penalty

Mana-mana pegawai diberikuasa boleh hadir di mahkamah dan menjalankan apa-apa pendakwaan berkenaan dengan apa-apa kesalahan terhadap Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini. Penalti am.
