s 28 Power to regulate the playing of music in public places
Any Officer in Charge of a Police District or a senior police officer in that District may, in such manner as he may deem fit, regulate the extent to which musical instruments may be played in public places in such Police District.

Kuasa untuk mengawal selia permainan muzik di tempat awam
Mana-mana Pegawai Penjaga Daerah Polis atau seorang pegawai kanan polis dalam Daerah itu boleh, dengan apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya patut, mengawal selia setakat mana alat-alat muzik boleh dimainkan di tempat awam dalam Daerah Polis itu.
