s 34 Establishment of Volunteer Reserve
(1) There shall be established in and for Malaysia a body to be known as the Royal Malaysia Police Volunteer Reserve (hereinafter
referred to as “the Volunteer Reserve”) which shall consist of such number of senior volunteer reserve police officers, junior volunteer reserve police officers and volunteer reserve constables as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong may from time to time sanction.
(2) For the purpose of this Part the expression “volunteer reserve police officer” means any member of the Volunteer Reserve.

Penubuhan Sukarelawan Simpanan
(1) Maka hendaklah ditubuhkan dalam dan bagi Malaysia suatu badan bernama Sukarelawan Simpanan Polis Diraja Malaysia (kemudian dari ini disebut “Sukarelawan Simpanan”) yang hendaklah terdiri daripada sebilangan pegawai kanan polis sukarelawan simpanan, pegawai rendah polis sukarelawan simpanan dan konstabel sukarelawan simpanan yang diizinkan oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong dari semasa ke semasa.
(2) Bagi maksud Bahagian ini ungkapan “pegawai polis sukarelawan simpanan” ertinya mana-mana anggota Sukarelawan Simpanan.
