A certificate of appointment, in such form as may be prescribed, shall be issued to every volunteer reserve police officer and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.

Perakuan pelantikan
Suatu perakuan pelantikan, dalam bentuk yang ditetapkan, hendaklah dikeluarkan kepada tiap-tiap pegawai polis sukarelawan simpanan dan hendaklah menjadi keterangan mengenai pelantikannya di bawah Akta ini.
