A certificate of appointment in such form as may be prescribed by Police Regulations, signed by a senior police officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent authorized in that behalf by a Commanding Officer, shall be issued to every auxiliary police officer and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.
Perakuan pelantikan
Suatu perakuan pelantikan dalam bentuk yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan-Peraturan Polis, ditandatangani oleh seorang pegawai kanan polis berpangkat tidak rendah daripada Penolong Penguasa yang diberi kuasa bagi maksud itu oleh seorang Pegawai Memerintah, hendaklah dikeluarkan kepada tiap-tiap pegawai polis bantuan dan hendaklah menjadi keterangan mengenai pelantikannya di bawah Akta ini.
