No will or any part thereof shall be revoked otherwise than as aforesaid, or by another will executed in manner hereinbefore required, or by some writing declaring an intention to revoke the same, and executed in the manner in which a will is hereinbefore required to be executed, or by the burning, tearing or otherwise destroying the same by the testator, or by some person in his presence and by his direction, with the intention of revoking the same. Pembatalan wasiat
Tiada wasiat atau mana-mana bahagiannya boleh terbatal selain seperti yang disebut terdahulu, atau oleh suatu wasiat lain yang disempurnakan mengikut cara yang dikehendaki sebelum daripada ini, atau melalui suatu tulisan yang mengisytiharkan suatu niat untuk membatalkan wasiat itu, dan disempurnakan mengikut cara yang suatu wasiat dikehendaki untuk disempurnakan sebelum daripada ini, atau dengan membakar, mengoyak atau selainnya memusnahkan wasiat itu oleh pewasiat, atau oleh seorang dalam kehadirannya dan atas arahannya, dengan niat untuk membatalkan wasiat itu.
