No will shall be held to be revoked or to have become invalid in point of form nor shall the construction thereot be altered by reason only of any subsequent change of domicile of the person making the same.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1) a will re-executed, re- published or revived by a codicil shall be deemed to have been made at the time when it was so re-executed, re-published or revived.
(3) Save as provided by subsection (1) and subject to this Act,
