If any person who attests the execution of a will shall at the time of the execution thereof or at any time afterwards be ACт 346 incompetent to be admitted a witness to prove the execution thereof, such will shall not on that account be invalid. Gifts to an attesting witness or to wife or husband of attesting witness to be void
Wasiat tidak boleh menjadi tidak sah oleh sebab ketidakkompetenan saksi yang mengaku saksi
Jika mana-mana orang yang mengaku saksi penyempurnaan suatu wasiat pada masa penyempurnaannya atau pada bila-bila masa selepas itu menjadi tidak kompeten untuk diterima sebagai saksi untuk membuktikan penyempurnaannya, wasiat itu tidaklah oleh sebab itu menjadi tidak sah.
