The Court or a Judge may at any time remove from his guardianship any guardian, whether a parent or otherwise and whether of the person or the property of the infant, and may appoint from time to time another person to be guardian in his place.
Mahkamah atau Hakim boleh pada bila-bila masa memecat mana-mana penjaga daripada penjagaannya, sama ada seorang ibu bapa atau selainnya dan sama ada bagı diri atau harta budak itu, dan boleh melantık darı semasa ke semasa seseorang lain untuk menjadı penjaga menggantikannya.
