Population and Family Development Act 1966 s 14
(1) The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks necessary or expedient for the proper carrying out of the purposes and provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by subsection (1), the Minister may make regulations for the imposition and collection of fees or charges for any service or matter rendered by the Board.
Anggota disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam
Semua anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
