Anggota Lembaga yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 4(a) dan (e) hendaklah, melainkan jika dia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatannya atau mengosongkan jawatannya atau pelantikannya terlebih dahulu dibatalkan, memegang jawatan bagi tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atas apa-apa syarat yang dinyatakan dalam surat cara pelantikannya, dan layak untuk dilantik semula.
