s 2O Consequence of failure by debtor to comply with voluntary arrangement *

(1) Where a debtor fails to comply with any of his obligations under a voluntary arrangement, any creditor bound by the voluntary arrangement may file or proceed with a bankruptcy petition against the debtor. (2) For the purposes of commencing or proceeding with the bankruptcy petition against the debtor, the amount of debt specified in the petition shall deduct any amount of debts that has been settled during voluntary arrangement.
