s 2P Cessation of voluntary arrangement

A voluntary arrangement under this Act shall cease upon the death of the debtor. * NOTE—section 2O of this Act has been modified by section 20 of the Temporary Measures for Reducing the Impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Act 2020 [Act 829], which came into operation on the date of publication of Act 829 and continued to remain in operation until 31 August 2021. Section 20 of Act 829 provides as follows:
