The roads, bridges and ferries specified or referred to Saving in the declaration made by the High Commissioner on the fourteenth day of August, 1957, in pursuance ot item 91 of the Second Schedule of the Federation of Malaya Agreement, 1948, and published as Legal Notification 339 of 1957 are hereby declared to be federal, and declaration shall, for the purpose of amendment, variatior or revocation thereof, be deemed to be an order duly made under sections 3 and 4.
