(1) The right to receive any payment of any benefit or invalidity grant under this Act, and the amount of contributions payable under this Act, shall not be transferable or assignable. (2) No cash benefit including invalidity grant or contributions payable under this Act shall be liable to attachment or sale in execution of any decree or order of any court.
Faedah tidak boleh diserahhakkan kepada sesiapa atau ditahan
(1) Hak untuk menerima apa-apa pembayaran sesuatu faedah atau bantuan ilat di bawah Akta ini, dan banyaknya caruman yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini, tidak boleh dipindahkan atau diserahhakkan kepada sesiapa. (2) Tiada apa-apa faedah berupa wang tunai termasuk bantuan ilat atau caruman yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini boleh ditahan atau dijual bagi melaksanakan apa-apa dekri atau perintah mana-mana mahkamah.
