s 57A Education benefit

Education benefit in the form of loans or scholarships may be provided to a dependant child of an insured person who— (a) dies as a result of an employment injury; (b) dies whilst in receipt of invalidity pension; (c) dies before attaining the age of fifty-five years but has completed a full or a reduced qualifying period as specified under section 17A ; (d) is in receipt of invalidity pension; or (e) is in receipt of periodical payments of permanent disablement benefit, on such terms and conditions as the Organization may deem fit to impose.
