s 6 Sanction for prosecution
No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction in writing of the Public Prosecutor.

Tiada pendakwaan bagi apa-apa kesalahan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Akta ini boleh dimulakan kecuali dengan terlebih dahulu mendapat sanksi bertulis Pendakwa Raya.
