Statistics Act 1965 s 9
(1) The Statistics Ordinance 1949, is hereby repealed. (2) All information collected by the Bureau of Statistics before the commencement of this Act shall be subject to the same safeguards as respects communication as are provided by this Act as if the said information was collected under this Act.
Pemansuhan
(1) Ordinan Perangkaan 1949, dengan ini dimansuhkan. (2) Segala maklumat yang dikumpulkan oleh Biro Perangkaan sebelum mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini hendaklah tertakluk kepada perlindungan yang sama berkenaan dengan penyampaian sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan oleh Akta ini seolah-olah maklumat tersebut telah dikumpulkan di bawah Akta ini.
