s 1 Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Ports (Privatization) Act 1990 and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Pelabuhan-Pelabuhan (Penswastaan) 1990 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
