Ports (Privatisation) Act 1990 s 23
s 23 Consequential amendments to the principal Acts
(1) The principal Acts are amended in the manner specified in subsections (2), (3) and (4).
(2) Section 16A of the Port Authorities Act 1963 [Act 488] is amended by inserting after the words “this Act” in subsections (1) and (3) the words “or the Ports (Privatization) Act 1989”.
(3) Section 33A of the Penang Port Commission Act 1955 [Act 140] is amended by inserting after the words “this Act” in subsections
(1) and (3) the words “or the Ports (Privatization) Act 1989”.
(4) Section 27A of the Bintulu Port Authority Act 1981 [Act 243] is amended by inserting after the words “this Act” in subsections
(1) and (3) the words “or the Ports (Privatization) Act 1989”.

(1) Akta ibu dipinda dengan cara yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen (2), (3) dan (4).
(2) Seksyen 16A Akta Pihak Berkuasa-Pihak berkuasa Pelabuhan 1963 [Akta 488] dengan ini dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas
Pelabuhan-Pelabuhan (Penswastaan)
perkataan “this Act” dalam subseksyen (1) dan (3), perkataan “or the Ports (Privatisation) Act 1989”.
(3) Seksyen 33A Akta Suruhanjaya Pelabuhan Pulau Pinang 1955 [Akta 140] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “this Act” dalam subseksyen (1) dan (3), perkataan “or the Ports (Privatisation) Act 1989”.
(4) Seksyen 27A Akta Pihak Berkuasa Pelabuhan Bintulu 1981 [Akta 243] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “Akta ini” dalam subseksyen (1) dan (3), perkataan “atau Akta Pelabuhan-Pelabuhan (Penswastaan) 1989, yang bersesuaian,”.
