Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi Act 1990 s 11
(1) Any function, power or duty which under this Act is to be performed, exercised or discharged by the Chairman shall be performed, exercised or discharged by the Joint Chairman acting jointly. (2) Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, the Chairman shall perform such duties as the Minister may, from time to time, determine.
Pengerusi
(1) Apa-apa fungsi, kuasa atau kewajipan yang di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dilaksanakan, dijalankan atau ditunaikan oleh Pengerusi hendaklah dilaksanakan, dijalankan atau ditunaikan oleh Pengerusi Bersama yang bertindak bersesama. (2) Tanpa menjejaskan peruntukan lain Akta ini, Pengerusi hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
