The Board may appoint a Chief Inspector and such other inspectors as may be necessary for carrying into effect this Act or the regulations made thereunder who shall have and exercise such powers and duties as are provided under section 21.
Pembentukan suatu inspektorat
Lembaga boleh melantik seorang Ketua Inspektor dan sekian inspektor lain sebagaimana yang perlu bagi melaksanakan Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya yang hendaklah mempunyai dan menjalankan kuasa dan tugas sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 21.
