Akta ini boleh-lah di-namakan Akta Hospital Persen- Tajok dirian, 1971 dan hendak-lah mula berkuatkuasa pada tarikh finmsla yang dı-tetapkan oleh Menteri melaluï pemberitahu dalam berkuat- *Warta, yang tidak lebeh awal daripada tarıkh pemberitahu itu di-siarkan.
