Peruntokan2 Akta ini tidak di-pakai bagi sa-suatu rumah bersalin atau rumah rawațan yang di-senggara atau di-kawal oleh Kerajaan atau bagi sa-suatu premıs yang digunakan untok melayan orang' sakit atau orang yang hampir hendak mati, yang di-beri lesen di-bawah mana' undang2 bertulis lain yang berkuatkuasa pada masa itu.
