Sa-siapa yang mengurus, menyenggara atau menjalankan sa-suatu rumah bersalin atau sa-suatu rumah rawatan pada tarikh Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa hendak-lah, dalam tempoh satu tahun dari tarikh Akta ini mula berkuatkuasa, memohon kapada Ketua Pengarah mengikut borang yans di-tetapkan supaya suatu lesen yang sa-patut-nya di-keluarkan di-bawah Akta ini.
