Every registered midwife shall notify the Registrar of any change of name or address within 14 days of such change.

Tiap-tiap bidan berdaftar hendaklah memberitahu Pendaftar mengenai apa-apa pertukaran nama atau alamat dalam masa 14 hari dari pertukaran itu.
