Midwives Act 1966 s 14
(1) Any person who, not being a midwife registered under this Act, practises midwifery, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or to both. (2) (Deleted by Act A724).
Menjalankan amalan perbidanan tanpa pendaftaran
(1) Mana-mana orang yang, bukannya bidan yang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini, menjalankan amalan perbidanan, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya. (2) (Dipotong oleh Akta A724).
