Midwives Act 1966 s 16

s 16 Intention to practise midwifery

Every person registered under this Act, except those in the government service, intending to practise midwifery shall before so practising and thereafter on the 1st day of January every year, in the prescribed form, inform the Registrar of such intention.

Niat untuk menjalankan amalan perbidanan

Tiap-tiap orang yang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini, kecuali mereka yang berada dalam perkhidmatan kerajaan, yang berniat untuk menjalankan amalan perbidanan hendaklah sebelum menjalankan amalan tersebut dan selepas itu pada 1 Januari tiap-tiap tahun, dalam borang yang ditetapkan, memaklumkan kepada Pendaftar mengenai niat itu.
