s 6 Appeal against removal of names from the Register
(1) Any person aggrieved by the removal of his or her name from the Register under subsection 5(2) may, within three months of publication of such notice in the Gazette, appeal in writing to the Minister against such removal.
(1A) The Minister may, in considering an appeal under subsection (1), affirm, reverse or vary the decision appealed against.
(2) The decision of the Minister with regard to any appeal under this section shall be final.
(3) Any person whose name has been removed from the Register pursuant to subsection 5(2) shall, if his appeal is allowed, forthwith be reinstated and issued with a fresh certificate of registration by the Board; and the fact of such reinstatement shall be published in the Gazette within thirty days of the reinstatement.

Rayuan terhadap pengeluaran nama daripada Daftar
(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan pengeluaran namanya daripada Daftar di bawah subseksyen 5(2) boleh, dalam masa tiga bulan dari penyiaran notis itu dalam Warta, merayu secara bertulis kepada Menteri terhadap pengeluaran itu.
(1A) Menteri boleh, dalam menimbangkan sesuatu rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1), mengesahkan, mengakaskan atau mengubah keputusan yang dirayukan itu.
(2) Keputusan Menteri mengenai apa-apa rayuan di bawah seksyen ini adalah muktamad.
(3) Mana-mana orang yang namanya telah dikeluarkan daripada Daftar menurut subseksyen 5(2) hendaklah, jika rayuannya dibenarkan, dengan serta-merta dimasukkan semula dan dikeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran baharu oleh Lembaga; dan fakta pemasukan semula itu hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta dalam masa tiga puluh hari dari pemasukan semula itu.
