s 1 Short title and application
(1) This Act may be cited as the Co-operative Institute (Incorporation) Act 1968. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas, permulaan kuat kuasa dan pemakaian
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Institut Koperasi (Pemerbadanan) 1968 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, dan tarikh itu tidak boleh lebih awal daripada tarikh pemberitahuan itu disiarkan. (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia.
