Co-Operative College (Incorporation) Act 1968 s 13
s 13 Vesting of property and transfer of rights and liabilities
All property movable or immovable, which immediately before the commencement of this Act was vested in or held by or for the Co-operative College of Malaya, shall on the coming into force of this Act and without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatever vest in or pass to the College for the like title, estate or interest and on the like tenure and for the like purposes as the same was vested or held immediately before the coming into force of this Act; and all rights and liabilities which immediately before the said commencement were the rights and liabilities of the Co-operative College of Malaya shall upon the commencement aforesaid be the rights and liabilities of the College.

Peletakhakan harta dan pemindahan hak dan liabiliti
Semua harta alih atau harta tak alih yang, sebaik sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, telah terletak hak pada Maktab Kerjasama Tanah Melayu atau yang dipegang oleh atau bagi pihak Maktab Kerjasama Tanah Melayu, hendaklah, pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini dan tanpa apa-apa jua pemindahhakan, penyerahhakan atau pemindahan, terletak hak pada Maktab atau berpindah kepada Maktab mengikut hakmilik, harta atau kepentingan yang serupa dan mengikut pemegangan dan bagi maksud yang serupa sebagaimana ia telah terletak hak atau dipegang sebaik sebelum Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa; dan segala hak dan liabiliti yang, sebelum sahaja Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa, menjadi hak dan liabiliti Maktab Kerjasama Tanah Melayu hendaklah apabila Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa menjadi hak dan liabiliti Maktab.
