Co-Operative College (Incorporation) Act 1968 s 4K
No act done or proceeding taken under this Act shall be questioned on the ground of— (a) a vacancy in the membership of, or a defect in the constitution of, the Board; or (b) an omission, a defect or an irregularity not affecting the merit of the case.
Kesahan tindakan dan prosiding
Tiada tindakan yang dilakukan atau prosiding yang diambil di bawah Akta ini boleh dipersoalkan atas alasan— (a) suatu kekosongan dalam keanggotaan, atau kecacatan dalam perlembagaan, Lembaga; atau (b) suatu peninggalan, kecacatan atau ketidakteraturan yang tidak menyentuh merit kes itu.
