The Institute may, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Treasury, establish and manage a Contributory Provident Fund for the Director General appointed under section 4L and officers and staff appointed under section 4M.
Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Bercarum
Institut boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan dengan persetujuan Perbendaharaan, menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Bercarum bagi Ketua Pengarah yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 4 L dan pegawai dan kakitangan yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 4M.
