(1) The Authority shall prescribe the form and Annual manner of keeping the accounts of a free industrial reports and d(Ang4.| accounts. zone. (2) The Authority if so directed by the Minister shall present to him annually and at such other times as the Minister may prescribe, reports containing a full Sub.
