Prosecution in respect of offences committed Who may under— prosecute. (a) sections 5/and 8 may be conducted by a senior L6A officer of customs or by any officer of customs specially authorised in writing in that behalf by the Director-General; and (b) any other provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder may be conducted by an officer of the Authority, specially or generally authorised in writing in that behalf by the Minister. 30 A.... 30B...
