s 14 Reserve Fund

Every Fishermen’s Association shall establish a Reserve Fund which shall consist of moneys from the general fund set aside for that purpose and which shall be used in accordance with the constitution or rules of such association. P ART VII CONFEDERATION OF AREA AND STATE FISHERMEN’S ASSOCIATIONS

Kumpulan Wang Rizab

Tiap-tiap Persatuan Nelayan hendaklah mengadakan suatu Kumpulan Wang Rizab yang terdiri daripada wang daripada kumpulan wang am yang dikhaskan bagi maksud itu dan Kumpulan Wang Rizab itu hendaklah digunakan mengikut perlembagaan atau kaedahkaedah persatuan itu.
