Fishermen'S Associations Act 1971 s 26

s 26 Rules

(1) The Minister may make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect any of the provisions of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) rules made under this section may provide for any of the following matters: (a) provisions required for the constitution or rules of every Fishermen’s Association; (b) matters relating to suspension of Area or State Fishermen’s Associations; (c) matters relating to the dissolution of any Fishermen’s Association including the appointment of person to liquidate any such association ordered to be dissolved; and (d) the establishment of a National Advisory Body for the purpose of co-ordinating any scheme or schemes made pursuant to any provisions of this Act.

Kaedah-kaedah

(1) Menteri boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah bagi maksud melaksanakan mana-mana daripada peruntukan Akta ini. (2) Dengan tidak menyentuh keluasan makna subseksyen (1) kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh membuat peruntukan bagi mana-mana daripada perkara yang berikut: (a) peruntukan yang dikehendaki bagi perlembagaan atau kaedah-kaedah tiap-tiap Persatuan Nelayan; (b) perkara yang berhubungan dengan penggantungan Persatuan Nelayan Kawasan atau Negeri; (c) perkara yang berhubungan dengan pembubaran sesuatu Persatuan Nelayan termasuk pelantikan orang bagi menyelesaikan hutang-piutang mana-mana persatuan itu yang diperintahkan supaya dibubarkan; dan (d) penubuhan suatu Badan Penasihat Negara bagi maksud menyelaraskan apa-apa rancangan atau rancangan yang dibuat menurut mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
