s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Malaysia-Thailand Joint Authority Act 1990. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Pihak Berkuasa Bersama Malaysia-Thailand 1990. Undang-Undang Malaysia AKTA 440 (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
